SMS program
BusySMS text messages
Last updated: 18 August 2026
EFIRITY PTE. LTD. operates BusySMS at busysms.net. If you opt in, EFIRITY PTE. LTD. is the sender of BusySMS text messages. BusySMS is the product name, not a separate company.
What we send
Transactional texts only, after you opt in: one-time passcodes for sign-in, account security alerts, and service notices such as billing or subscription status. We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party messages on this program. Message frequency varies (typically 1–10 per month). Message and data rates may apply.
How you consent
Consent is collected only on the public signup form at busysms.net/dashboard and in the BusySMS app. You enter a mobile number and may check this separate box (unchecked by default). The box is not required to create an account — you can sign in with email instead:
“I agree to receive text messages from BusySMS (EFIRITY PTE. LTD.) at the number provided, including one-time passcodes and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is optional — you can sign in with email instead.”
